NadDAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) built on the Monad blockchain. Our mission is to foster innovation, cultivate talent, and drive community engagement within the Monad ecosystem. By leveraging a reputation-based system, NadDAO empowers its members to contribute meaningfully and participate in governance decisions, creating a vibrant and collaborative environment for developers, founders, and enthusiasts.

What We Do

• Bounty Dashboard:- NadDAO offers a variety of bounties for different contributions such as development, design, marketing, content creation, research, and writing. Members can earn reputation points and other rewards by completing these bounties.

• Jobs Program:- Connecting talented professionals with ecosystem projects in development, design, marketing, and writing roles.

• Bi-Annual Hackathons: Hosting two major hackathons each year with 1.5-month planning periods. We’re building a social hackathon platform on Monad where you can find co-founders, post and collaborate on projects, and unlock opportunities to launch startups within the ecosystem.

• Open source Community:- We're developing an open source task and bounties dashboard platform. The direction of this platform will be decided by the open source community of Monad and Monad ecosystem projects.
